1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EverythingCNC platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EverythingCNC provides a platform connecting CNC machine owners with certified service technicians. Our services include but are not limited to: preventive maintenance scheduling, repair service requests, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) management, machine fleet tracking, and technical support.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Service Requests and AMC Plans

By submitting a service request or purchasing an AMC plan, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate machine information and issue descriptions
  • Ensure safe access for technicians to your equipment
  • Pay for services as per the agreed terms and pricing
  • Adhere to the specific terms of your AMC plan

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in the invoice or service agreement. For AMC plans, payment is due at the start of the contract period. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Service requests can be cancelled before technician dispatch without charge. AMC plan cancellations are subject to the specific terms of your agreement. Refunds for unsatisfactory service are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of service completion to raise any concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

EverythingCNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EverythingCNC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
